Client: Kroger Health
Role: Copywriter, Copyeditor, Proofreader
Project: To encourage customers to transfer their prescriptions to Kroger-owned pharmacies, I helped develop a multichannel campaign that combined print, digital, and audio storytelling. The messaging centered on the convenience and value of switching, with a clear incentive: “Save $25 when you transfer and fill your first prescription.”
The campaign included cohesive copy and design across direct mail, digital ads, and Pandora audio spots, ensuring a consistent message that balanced savings with trust in The Kroger Company pharmacies. The Pandora ad script mirrors the friendly, caring tone of Kroger Health, while digital and print assets reinforced the same value proposition visually.
The result was a unified, conversion-focused campaign that built awareness, reinforced Kroger’s healthcare credibility, and drove measurable engagement among both new and existing customers.
Details: This project was part of Kroger Health’s broader pharmacy marketing initiatives, reaching millions of households nationwide and supporting more than 2,000 pharmacy locations across multiple states.
